Shipping Policy

There are two stages to order fulfillment:

  1. Processing: All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 3-5 business days. In peak periods, please allow a week for dispatch.

  2. Shipping: Once the order is processed, it will be shipped with Canada Post.

The estimated delivery time for standard shipping is:
Québec and Ontario: 2 to 5 business days
Other provinces: 3 to 8 business days

Please note that due to high volume of shipments, Canada Post may be experiencing longer delays than usual.

Orders are shipped Monday through Friday with the exception of statutory holidays.

Once your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number.

Free Shipping Policy

We're pleased to offer free shipping anywhere in Canada via Canada Post when you spend $199 or more before taxes. Our processing time starts from the moment your order is successfully submitted and may take up to 3-6 business days to dispatch your order. However, please be aware that processing and handling time may be extended during peak sale periods.

*Please note that we reserve the right to amend shipping rates at any time, without notice. Shipping windows are estimates and delivery times are not guaranteed as orders may experience unexpected delays (e.g., traffic, weather, additional payment analysis, etc.). Please allow extra time for deliveries to remote markets. Delivery is only available Monday through Friday, not including federal and provincial statutory holidays.

How do I file a claim for my lost, stolen or damaged order?
If you insured your order with Route+ at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email from Route with a link to file a claim. You can also file a claim here: https://claims.route.com/

Note: Make sure to have the Order ID we sent you or the Route Order ID ready to use with the claim form. 

Does Route+ cover stolen items?
Yes! When you insure your orders with Route+, stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds.
