Return Policy for Online Orders
There are two ways of returning your items: in store or by mail.
You may return or exchange (where available) your purchase for any reason, subject to adherence to the following terms.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on items within 7 days from the date of receiving your shipment. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed. All tags must remain in place. We recommend trying on all purchased items once received, to ensure adequate time to return items within the allocated time frame.
Return Eligibility:
∙ For any product Under 30% Off, enjoy a Full Refund for your item(s).
∙ For any product 30%-49% Off, enjoy a Credit in the form of a Gift Card that can be used any time on the website only.
∙ For any product 50% Off or Higher, the product is a Final Sale
How to Return:
For online returns, please ensure the following:
Email support@rinascimento.ca to request a return. Please include your order number, the item(s), and why you would like to return them.
∙ Order number
∙ Item/s you wish to return
∙ Return reason (i.e.: Too big, Too small, Faulty Item, Doesn’t suit me)
A return fee of $12.99 will be deducted from your refund/gift card credit.
We will review your order to make sure you are within the 7 days eligibility period and/or if the item(s) was on sale. We will then email you our return process and return label in order to complete your return. You will be notified by email once your return has been processed.
Rinascimento CANADA is not liable for the loss of garments in return transit. We recommend using a traceable delivery method and taking note of your tracking number.
Once the items have been received, they will undergo a quality review. Rinascimento CANADA reserves the right to decline a return order if the goods do not meet our quality standards and will be returned to you at your cost.
Once cleared, you will receive a refund on the purchase price (excluding original shipping costs and duties) directly to the original method of payment used for the purchase on eligible item(s) or a Gift Card.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
We make an effort to process refunds as soon as they are received. Please note that it could take up to 10 business days for your banking institution to post the transaction.
If you haven’t received a refund after the 10 business days, please contact your credit card company; next contact your bank. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@rinascimento.ca.
We do not refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for defective items. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
Order cancellations and price adjustments:
If you wish to cancel your order, you're welcome to do so within 24 hours of your purchase.
We do not price match or price adjust on reductions to the selling price. The selling price could change at any time.
Order Insurance:
We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Return policy for in-store purchases.
You are welcome to return your unworn, unwashed, unaltered item(s) with the price ticket(s) still attached within 7 days of receiving your order either for a credit note or an exchange. In-store purchases are non-refundable.
Please note that we are not responsible for store-issued credit notes that may be lost, stolen or damaged. Store credits are regarded as cash, and cannot be replaced or reissued.
